Summit Loss Prevention Consulting was established in 2004 by Anthony "Tony" Jarana to help businesses initiate or significantly improve their loss prevention programs without having to hire a full-time senior-level LP executive.

On-The-Job Loss Prevention Experience At All Levels
Mr. Jarana is one of the Midwest's most experienced loss prevention consultants, having acquired a quarter-century of on-the-job loss prevention and workplace safety experience after acquiring a Public Administration/Criminal Justice degree from Indiana University.
Tony spends much of his personal time trying to teach life's lessons to troubled and disadvantaged teens. His community involvement includes founding an inner-city youth sports organization, at which he has been a volunteer football coach for over 15 years.
Tony Jarana's professional experience includes:
5 years as Director of Special Investigations – Phenix Investigations: Direct and/or conduct investigations for clients, primarily involving law firms, insurance companies and private sector clients
3 years as Director of Investigations – Bristol Hotels & Resorts, Inc.: Conduct internal investigations for 126 hotels in the US and Canada; Perform Safety Audits and direct Security Officer Training Programs
13 years as Director of Loss Prevention and Safety – Autoworks, Inc.: Responsible for Loss Prevention and Safety functions for 430 store aftermarket automotive retail chain. Direct six Regional LP Managers, covering a 13-state area in Midwest
5 years as Loss Prevention Manager – People’s Drug Stores, Inc., Responsible for LP function for 92 drug stores in 3 state area
